Manage and execute Uline's safety program across our network of 14 Distribution Centers in four states across the United States. Collaborate with management to establish safety goals and ensure our program meets both legal requirements and Uline's standards. Develop a team of safety professionals with a drive for continuous improvement and excellent communication skills.

Design, deploy and support networking facilities throughout the company with an emphasis on routing and switching including EIGRP and BGP. Document business needs as it relates to IT technology. Understand emerging and current technology and identify solutions to meet business needs. Develop IT infrastructure standards for various operational areas. Minimum Requirements B

Develop and implement quality assurance / testing policies, processes and procedures. Conduct manual testing of website defects and new enhancements. Perform regression testing of site functionality as part of an SDLC. Track and report testing progress across multiple concurrent initiatives and releases. Interpret HTML and browser functionality in an eCommerce environment

Direct a team of Product Associates to select new products and maintain the current product assortment for our growing North American company. Review competitor's offerings, customer comments and market trends to make informed recommendations on new products for Uline. Manage international and domestic vendor relationships through meeting direction and strong negotiation
